Mr. Mayfield graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1973 with Juris Doctorate Degree. He has been a member of the Mississippi State Bar since 1974 and has practiced law in Tupelo, Mississippi since 1974. Mr. Mayfield has of 35 years of experience practicing law in the areas of Auto Accidents, Bankruptcies and other Civil Matters. He is experienced in all State and Federal Courts, including the U. S. Supreme Court. He is experienced, smart and tough.
Eloise Mayfield
Firm Manager
Mrs. Mayfield graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education in 1980. She has been a paralegal with the Mayfield Law Firm since 1984. Mrs. Mayfield is responsible for the overall management of the firm, including consultation and interviews for all new clients. She has developed quite a reputation for understanding, caring and serving the needs of all clients of the firm.
Carrie Mathis
Receptionist/Paralegal Assistant
Carrie graduated from Pontotoc High School and attended Itawamba Community College. Carrie started her career with the Mayfield Law Firm in August 2007. Currently, she is serving in the capacity of Receptionist/Paralegal Assistant. Carrie’s job entails her receiving and processing the clients into our special computerized client data base and serving as assistant to the Bankruptcy Paralegal. She performs general office duties and provides general assistant to all Paralegals and Senior Attorney at the Mayfield Law Firm. Carrie has over 5 years of experience performing general office and clerical duties.
Ashley Rankin
Family & Social Security Paralegal
Ashley graduated with an Associates of Arts Degree from Itawamba Community College in October 2010. She has been a paralegal with the Mayfield Law Firm since 2010. Ashley specializes in Social Security Disability Cases. She also handles Civil Cases, including Divorces, Wills, Deeds and Family matters in general. Ashley prides herself in taking the extra steps to ensure that our clients receive the best service at the best price. Ashley is dedicated to serving legal needs while maintaining the highest quality of service.
Mindy Cox
Bankruptcy Paralegal
Mindy received her Associate of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies from Itawamba Community College in May 2007. Mindy began her career with the Mayfield Law Firm in June 2007. As Bankruptcy Paralegal with the Mayfield Law Firm, Mindy specializes in providing exceptional services to all of our bankruptcy clients. Her knowledge and service has been instrumental in providing peace of mind and a financially stable future for many of our clients.
